1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bkbk33", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bkbk33 platform, its operators, and its authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the bkbk33 website accessible at bkbk33.net, including all pages, sub-pages, games, sports betting interfaces, account management tools, and any associated mobile-optimised versions.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a User on the bkbk33 Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money funds held in a User's bkbk33 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Game" — refers to any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, crash game, or table game available on the bkbk33 Platform.
• "Sportsbook" — refers to the sports betting section of the bkbk33 Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets.
• "Transaction" — refers to any deposit to or withdrawal from a User's Account via an accepted payment method including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any supported Bangladeshi bank.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bkbk33. By completing the registration process on the bkbk33 Platform, by making a deposit, or by accessing any part of the Platform after these Terms have been published, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

bkbk33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the bkbk33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bkbk33 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bkbk33 Platform, whether by self-exclusion or by bkbk33 at its discretion.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the bkbk33 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. bkbk33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or mobile banking confirmation.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkbk33 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bkbk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bkbk33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Not use your Account for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling activity.

bkbk33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Account responsibilities, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the Platform, other users, or the integrity of Games.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances on bkbk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bkbk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bkbk33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka).
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bkbk33 Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically received within the same business day.
• Verification: bkbk33 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be returned to a payment method previously used to make a deposit from the same Account.
• Transaction Limits: bkbk33 may apply per-transaction and daily transaction limits, which may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bkbk33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all bkbk33 bonus activity:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods will be stated in the applicable bonus terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 30x applies to all Bonus Funds.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise by bkbk33.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Abuse of bonus offers — including coordinated betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• bkbk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonus terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to additional event-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the bkbk33 Platform, including both casino Games and Sportsbook markets. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bkbk33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error or Platform malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game or bet, bkbk33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the relevant Accounts.
• bkbk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by human error, system error, or data feed error. Affected users will be notified and staked amounts refunded.
• Cricket Sportsbook markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official results published by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, and are displayed within the Platform interface at the time of placing a bet.
• bkbk33 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or Game session if it determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkbk33 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with Games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Creating multiple Accounts, or permitting another person to use your Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another user's Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bkbk33 staff or other users.
• Any conduct intended to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures.

9 Responsible Gaming

bkbk33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive alerts when your pre-set time is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing, during which your Account will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bkbk33 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bkbk33 Platform — including but not limited to the bkbk33 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of bkbk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform software; or use bkbk33 branding, trademarks, or trade dress for any purpose without prior written consent from bkbk33.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkbk33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss.

bkbk33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bkbk33 takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bkbk33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from: temporary Platform outages for maintenance; third-party payment provider delays or errors; internet connectivity issues on your end; or force majeure events outside bkbk33's reasonable control.

12 Privacy & Data

bkbk33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bkbk33 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing Transactions, verifying your identity, complying with applicable legal obligations, and improving the Platform experience. bkbk33 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors such as bKash and Nagad is limited to the minimum necessary to complete Transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

13 Amendments

bkbk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bkbk33 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Balance before closing your Account.

14 Termination

You may close your bkbk33 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

bkbk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or any conduct that bkbk33 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users, or the integrity of Games. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, bkbk33 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the affected Account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bkbk33 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the bkbk33 Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through the bkbk33 support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the Platform operator. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
